Procurement Coordinator to support sourcing, purchasing, contract administration, and vendor management activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency by coordinating procurement processes, analyzing vendor performance, and supporting cost-saving initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management and possess strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management activities
- Support contract negotiations, renewals, and service agreements
- Manage bid processes and evaluate vendor proposals, pricing, and performance
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support business objectives
- Track contract timelines and assist with vendor communications
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or contract management experience
- Experience with vendor management, bid processes, and contract administration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement or contract management systems
