Buyer LHH Recruitment Solutions is urgently assisting our client in hiring a Buyer for their team! This position will be 100% onsite in South Seattle and will be a full-time, 90-day contract opportunity. This position will support procurement operations by sourcing quotes, creating and issuing purchase orders in our client's ERP system, and maintaining order accuracy and timelines. This position will also maintain order statuses, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure proper documentation and timely receipt, and assists with recordkeeping and invoice reconciliation. There will also be collaboration cross-functionally in order to resolve issues and improve procurement processes and systems.
Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3-5 experience in a purchasing and/or procurement position
- Must be knowledgeable of all cycles of the procurement cycle
- Must be proficient working within ERP Systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong ability to work well independently and analytically problem solve
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
