LHH is assisting a client in north Charlotte with their need for a
Construction Administrative Coordinator to assist with the order entry of their residential project PO's. This is a direct hire opportunity. This position offers hybrid flexibility. Please read on for more details.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process purchase orders from residential builders.
- Enter orders accurately into the company's order management system.
- Verify product details, quantities, pricing, and installation information.
- Communicate with builders and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and obtain missing information.
- Process order revisions, cancellations, and updates as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with scheduling and operations teams to ensure orders are released on time.
- Monitor order status and provide updates when necessary.
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, order processing, or construction office experience.
- Experience working with purchase orders, builders, or construction documentation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
