Human Resources ManagerCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and certifications.
- Onsite position with periodic travel between local organizational locations.
- Monday through Friday schedule, generally standard business hours.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Leadership- Oversee daily HR operations and department workflows.
- Provide guidance and support to employees, managers, and leadership regarding HR policies and practices.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management efforts.
- Administer and oversee compensation, benefits, leave programs, and payroll processes.
- Support workplace accommodation requests and interactive compliance processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation remains current and audit-ready.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-service-focused HR culture.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Manage onboarding and new hire integration programs.
- Identify workforce planning needs and support retention initiatives.
- Assist in developing employee training and professional development programs.
Organizational Development & Process Improvement- Evaluate and improve HR systems, workflows, and administrative processes.
- Support strategic planning initiatives related to talent management and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement HR metrics, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain awareness of emerging HR trends, technologies, and best practices.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of Human Resources management experience.
- Prior people management experience.
- Payroll administration or payroll oversight experience.
- Strong employee relations experience.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience with onboarding, HR policies, compliance, and leave administration.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Preferred- Experience supporting workplace accommodations and interactive accommodation processes.
- SHRM certification (or equivalent HR certification).
- Bilingual Spanish language skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
