Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Contract) Immediate need | Potential to convert to full-time
Join a fast-paced team supporting
custom orders, product kits, and value-added services during a high-volume season. This is a
~3-month project starting ASAP, with potential for long-term opportunity.
What You'll Do:- Coordinate custom orders, kit builds, and order execution
- Review detailed specifications (customization, personalization, configurations) for accuracy
- Partner cross-functionally to manage timelines, inventory, and fulfillment
- Track order status and proactively communicate delays, shortages, or issues
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
✅ What We're Looking For:- Experience with custom orders, fulfillment, or value-added processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with AS400 or similar systems is a plus
- Experience with custom embroidery a big plus

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
