About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established and growing organization in the Norman area to identify an Accountant with 2-3 years of experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to expand their skills in a collaborative environment while gaining exposure to a variety of accounting functions.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
  • Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Generate financial reports and assist with variance analysis.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for day-to-day accounting functions and reporting.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit support as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
  • 2-3 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong experience using QuickBooks required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
