We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent Accounting or Finance graduate to join our growing team. Responsibilities- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with demonstrated analytical capabilities.
- Internship, co-op, or relevant work experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, or Power BI is a plus.
Preferred Skills- Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis concepts.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
