Head of Supply Chain & Logistics
Overview
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced supply chain leader to build, scale, and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. This individual will play a key role in establishing processes, driving continuous improvement, and developing a high-performing team in a dynamic and evolving environment.
This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys building structure, leading change, and partnering cross-functionally to support operational growth and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead initiatives focused on improving service, efficiency, scalability, and operational performance.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators across planning, inventory, logistics, and overall supply chain operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts utilizing industry best practices and process optimization methodologies.
  • Support business growth initiatives through effective planning and supply chain readiness.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Procurement teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Oversee demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and logistics functions.
  • Develop inventory strategies that balance customer service, working capital, and operational risk.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a growing supply chain team.
  • Ensure strong supplier and supply chain performance while maintaining operational continuity.
Ideal Background
  • Significant leadership experience within supply chain, operations, or logistics functions.
  • Proven success leading supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably within complex or regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, process transformation, and team development.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and globally connected operations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.

Pay Details: $160,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year
