About the Role

Property Manager (Commercial) Location: Fort Mill, SC Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Salary: $90k-$102K We are seeking a motivated Property Manager to support the daily operations of a commercial real estate portfolio in Fort Mill. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in property management, facilities, construction coordination, or commercial real estate who enjoys working with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily property operations and conduct routine building inspections.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Respond to tenant requests and build strong tenant relationships.
  • Coordinate maintenance, work orders, and operational issues through completion.
  • Assist with tenant improvements, construction projects, and property upgrades.
  • Maintain contracts, project documentation, permits, and building records.
  • Support operating and capital budgets, purchase orders, AP/AR, forecasting, and variance reporting.
  • Review leases and help ensure landlord and tenant requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with engineering, accounting, and administrative teams.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to occasional after-hours property needs.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Construction, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in commercial real estate or property management.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with tenants, vendors, contracts, budgets, and building operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with property management, accounting, or work order systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation required.
Preferred Credentials RPA, CPM, LEED, or applicable real estate licensing is a plus but not required at the time of hire. Why Apply?
