About the Role

Now Hiring: Senior Property Accountant | Richmond, VA
Are you an experienced accountant with a background in commercial or multifamily real estate? We're partnering with a well-respected Richmond organization seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join their growing team.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for a portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties
Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow analysis
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, owner distributions, audits, and year-end reporting
Support property onboarding activities and collaborate closely with property management teams
Mentor and support junior accounting staff
What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
✅ 5+ years of accounting experience
✅ Strong financial statement preparation and GAAP reporting experience
✅ Advanced Excel skills
✅ Real estate accounting experience required
✅ MRI or Yardi experience is a plus

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
