Location: Bensenville IL Schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Position Type: Contract (4-6 months)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support ordering, inventory tracking, and supply planning activities. This position will manage purchase orders, monitor inbound shipments, maintain supplier portals, and analyze inventory and sales data to identify discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities

• Enter forecasted orders, purchase orders, and related adjustments accurately and within required deadlines.
• Monitor supplier order confirmations, expected delivery dates, and inbound shipments.
• Track shipments to ensure scheduled appointments and receiving timelines are met.
• Prepare and update reports comparing orders vs. receipts, forecasts vs. sales, and inventory levels vs. targets.
• Research and resolve discrepancies involving inventory, orders, and sales data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of supply chain/purchasing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and formulas.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work efficiently with large data sets.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of inventory and SKUs.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing responsibilities.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
