Position SummaryLHH is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements. This role is responsible for developing client partnerships, sourcing top talent, and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates while achieving placement and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and workforce challenges.
- Source, recruit, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews and hiring activities.
- Negotiate compensation, start dates, and employment terms.
- Conduct regular follow-up with clients and placed candidates to ensure successful outcomes.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the ATS and CRM systems.
- Achieve recruiting, placement, and revenue targets while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications- 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or business development experience preferred.
- Experience supporting temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire placements is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office.

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
