LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a company in Arlington Heights with identifying an accounting clerk for their open role. This role will support the company with both accounting and administrative tasks. The role is onsite and temporary to hire.
Responsibilities:
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable
Update vendor statements
Enter cash receipts
Reconcile bank accounts
Assist with weekly and monthly financial reporting
Enter and update vendor and customer information
Operations updates and reporting
Required:
1 year of prior accounting and administrative experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel
Pay: $22-$24/hour
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
