About the Role

Overview
Our client, a growing organization in South Jersey, is seeking a strategic and analytical Finance Manager to lead FP&A initiatives while partnering closely with Accounting and Operations. This role will drive budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, business analysis, and executive-level financial insights to support key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual budget, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting to support business performance.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to operational leaders across the organization.
  • Present financial results, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities, risks, and drive decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Corporate Accounting and Operational Finance teams to ensure alignment between reporting and planning.
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve profitability, efficiency, and business performance.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
  • Strong FP&A background with a solid accounting foundation.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, business analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Proven ability to build executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Experience presenting financial information to executive leadership and Board members.
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence across functions.
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred.
  • Private Equity-backed company experience is a plus.
