Trusts & Estates Paralegal
Irvine, California (Onsite)
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually
LHH Recruitment Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-established Irvine-based law firm seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys sophisticated trust administration work in a collaborative, long-tenured firm environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with all phases of trust administration and related matters.
  • Prepare estate and gift tax returns.
  • Prepare fiduciary accountings and legal notices.
  • Communicate with clients and gather information necessary for trust administration.
  • Draft trust administration documents, including trust certifications, asset allocation schedules, and beneficiary transfer documents.
  • Support attorneys with trust and estate matters while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of Trusts & Estates paralegal experience.
  • Paralegal certificate required.
  • Experience with trust administration, fiduciary accountings, and estate and gift tax returns.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 annually.
