Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys sophisticated trust administration work in a collaborative, long-tenured firm environment.

Responsibilities- Assist with all phases of trust administration and related matters.
- Prepare estate and gift tax returns.
- Prepare fiduciary accountings and legal notices.
- Communicate with clients and gather information necessary for trust administration.
- Draft trust administration documents, including trust certifications, asset allocation schedules, and beneficiary transfer documents.
- Support attorneys with trust and estate matters while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of Trusts & Estates paralegal experience.
- Paralegal certificate required.
- Experience with trust administration, fiduciary accountings, and estate and gift tax returns.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and mathematical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Compensation & Benefits- Salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 annually.
