LHH is assisting a well-established regional law firm in its search for a
Litigation Paralegal to join its growing litigation practice in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This position will support a team of attorneys handling a sophisticated caseload focused on
tort litigation, commercial disputes, and employment litigation.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and serve as a key partner to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial preparation and resolution.
Position OverviewThe Litigation Paralegal will provide comprehensive support on complex litigation matters, including:
- Managing case files and maintaining litigation calendars
- Drafting and preparing legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and discovery responses
- Assisting with fact investigations and document collection
- Coordinating document review, production, and organization
- Preparing deposition summaries and managing exhibits
- Conducting legal and factual research
- Supporting attorneys with motion practice and trial preparation
- Communicating with clients, expert witnesses, courts, and opposing counsel
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures
- Assisting with mediation, arbitration, and trial logistics

Compensation & BenefitsCompensation- Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience

Candidate Requirements- At least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm setting
- Experience supporting tort, commercial litigation, and/or employment litigation matters
- Strong knowledge of Arizona state and federal court procedures
- Experience with discovery management, document review, and trial preparation
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with litigation support technology and Microsoft Office Suite
- ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
