Seattle, WA (Hybrid)A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced
Litigation Paralegal to join its growing litigation practice. This role supports a collaborative team of attorneys handling a mix of
construction defect, business litigation, and municipal law matters. The litigation group is expanding and anticipates continued growth over the coming year.
This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a team-oriented environment and enjoys being actively involved in all phases of litigation and trial preparation.
Responsibilities- Support attorneys through all stages of litigation
- Coordinate and assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and courtroom logistics
- Manage court filings, docketing, and case deadlines
- Organize and maintain case files and litigation documents
- Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to ensure cases progress efficiently
- Assist with discovery, document management, and trial-related tasks
Qualifications- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience required
- Strong experience supporting litigation matters from inception through trial
- Prior construction litigation or construction defect experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated trial preparation experience is required
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
