Job Description
KeyResponsibilitiesTraining & Onsite Support
- Lead onsite training sessions across multiple locations (2-4 days per site)
- Deliver hands-on system training to users in both individual and group settings
- Provide ongoing backend configuration support (note: core configuration work has largely been completed)
- Act as the primary point of contact for user support post-implementation
Project Implementation
- Support system implementation initiatives with a focus on user adoption
- Participate in configuration and testing activities as needed
- (however, the primary focus of this role is training and support-not heavy configuration work)
- Help ensure smooth transition from implementation to steady-state operations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between Finance and IT teams
- Facilitate communication and understanding across departments
- Engage stakeholders and bring multiple teams together during training and rollout activities

The Successful Applicant

- Heavy travel required: approximately 1-2 weeks per month
- Travel typically follows a Monday-Friday schedule
Required Expertise
- Strong background in Finance, with deep expertise in costing (highly valued)
- Hands-on experience with key financial modules:
- Accounts Payable
- Month-End Close
- Booking / Financial Transactions
- Solid understanding of financial processes and workflows
- Accounting degree required
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A finance professional who has developed technical/system expertise
- Not a purely technical configurator - must be comfortable working directly with users
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills:
- Comfortable leading group training sessions
- Values collaboration and team engagement
- Demonstrates active listening (e.g., acknowledges perspectives, does not interrupt)
- Highly approachable and able to build trust with stakeholders

- Strong soft skills and communication

- Balance of finance knowledge + technical systems understanding
