Ui/Ux Designer

The company is an AI transformation organization that helps businesses move from experimentation to measurable results with generative AI. While AI-enabled teams will gain long-term competitive advantage, most workers today are not yet prepared to use these tools effectively. The organization supports companies in adopting AI, training their workforce, and embedding AI into everyday operations to improve productivity and return on investment.

As the company grows, it is seeking a UI/UX Designer to lead the design vision for an internal AI enablement platform used by both employees and executives. This role is central to driving user adoption, engagement, and retention across enterprise customers. The designer will create intuitive learning experiences alongside a command-center interface for leaders responsible for AI strategy and transformation.

This position is open to candidates located in select U.S. states - CA, GA, IL, MA, ME, NY, PA, TX, & WI.

About the Role

• Own end-to-end design for web and mobile experiences across both employee and executive users
• Conduct user research and usability testing and translate insights into design strategy and priorities
• Convert user needs into journeys, workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Design AI-native interactions including chat experiences, assistants, recommendations, and intelligent notifications
• Create new ways for executives to gain insights from the platform beyond traditional dashboards
• Build engaging, habit-forming experiences using gamification, progress tracking, and behavioral cues
• Maintain a clean, modern visual style with strong typography and clear information hierarchy
• Rapidly prototype and validate ideas using AI-powered design tools
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system for multiple user types and integration surfaces
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver features that drive measurable engagement

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of UI/UX design experience, including work on enterprise SaaS products
• Demonstrated success designing products with strong engagement and retention metrics
• High proficiency with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools and ability to work quickly with them
• Strong understanding of behavioral design, gamification principles, and habit-forming product patterns
• Experience designing analytics and data-driven interfaces beyond basic dashboards
• Portfolio demonstrating both consumer-style engagement design and enterprise data-focused work
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
• An AI-first mindset with a focus on improving workflows and outcomes through AI

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI/ML-powered or conversational products
• Familiarity with HR or learning platforms
• Experience designing for large-scale enterprise deployments
