About the Role

We are looking to fill an Accounting Manager with a company based in Dallas. This company has plans of going public in 1-2 years and this role is open due to growth. Our client is looking for a candidate that can lead a large portion of the month-end close and financial reporting. This candidate will also assist with the audit process. The ideal candidate will have experience working with inter-company and financial statement consolidations. The company has a high-energy environment and great culture - this is a hybrid role and pays 120K-125K plus a bonus.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of day-to-day general ledger accounting activities and projects
  • Responsible for period-end close procedures for assigned balance sheets and income statement accounts for multi-entities
  • Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial reporting & analysis package
  • Identify opportunities to automate general ledger impacting activities.
  • Prepare workpapers for audits (GAAP) and perform SOX controls when applicable
  • Assist with Ad-Hoc Projects
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master Degree in Accounting
  • CPA is a plus
  • 5+ year of experience and management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
