We are looking to fill an Accounting Manager with a company based in Dallas. This company has plans of going public in 1-2 years and this role is open due to growth. Our client is looking for a candidate that can lead a large portion of the month-end close and financial reporting. This candidate will also assist with the audit process. this is a hybrid role and pays 120K-125K plus a bonus. Job Responsibilities- Assist in the management of day-to-day general ledger accounting activities and projects
- Responsible for period-end close procedures for assigned balance sheets and income statement accounts for multi-entities
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial reporting & analysis package
- Identify opportunities to automate general ledger impacting activities.
- Prepare workpapers for audits (GAAP) and perform SOX controls when applicable
- Assist with Ad-Hoc Projects
Job Requirements- Bachelor's or Master Degree in Accounting
- CPA is a plus
- 5+ year of experience and management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
