LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing private firm seeking an Accounting Manager. This position will oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical support for various company locations.

- Budgeting & Financial Projections
- Budget-to-Actual Variance Analysis
- Site-Level Financial Reporting
- Financial Performance Analysis
- Manage Accounting & Finance Staff
- Accounting & Reporting Process Improvement
- Reporting Standardization
- Financial Systems & Analytics Support
- Partnership with Finance, Clinical & Operational Leaders
- Accounting Team Leadership & Development
- Workflow & Resource Allocation
- Performance Management & Employee Mentorship
- Cross-Functional Business Partnership

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- MBA, MHA, or other relevant master's degree preferred
- Approximately 5+ years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience
- Prior accounting leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial audiences
- Proficiency with Excel and financial systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
