Accounts Payable experience and Sage 100 expertise? We are seeking an Accounting Operations Analyst to support daily accounting operations, manage AP activities, and help ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with high-volume transactions, solving problems, and leveraging Sage 100 to drive efficiency.
What You'll Do- Process and manage high-volume accounts payable transactions in Sage 100
- Review, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately and timely
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
- Maintain vendor records and supporting documentation
- Research and resolve invoice, payment, and purchase order issues
- Assist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and accruals
- Generate reports and analyze accounting data within Sage 100
- Partner with internal departments and vendors to ensure smooth financial operations
- Support ongoing process improvements and accounting initiatives
Qualifications- 3+ years of related accounting experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Sage 100, MAS 90, or MAS 100
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
