Accounts Payable Manager to lead a high-volume AP operation and a team of 8-9 professionals.
What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of the accounts payable function across multiple domestic and international entities.
- Manage and develop a team of AP professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of high-volume invoices, payments, vendor maintenance, and disbursements.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, audit compliance, and accounting policy adherence.
- Partner with Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, and Operations teams to support cash flow management and vendor relationships.
- Oversee month-end and year-end AP close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow efficiencies.
- Support ERP and financial system enhancements while developing key performance metrics for the department.
What We're Looking For
✅ 7+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment
✅ 3+ years of leadership or management experience
✅ Experience supervising teams of 8+ employees
✅ Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and AP best practices
✅ Experience with ERP systems and AP automation platforms
✅ Workday experience preferred
✅ Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
✅ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
