Within a team of experienced product safety engineers, you will have the opportunity to work with multidisciplinary teams and with a multi-program vision.
Considering in-service events, incidents, and reported accidents at Airbus, you will contribute to theimprovement of the Airbus fleet safety.
As an engineer, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of Airbus safety. You will work in collaboration with Airbus teams (W department) on the following activities:
Evaluate in-service occurrences, incidents, and accidents reported to Airbus to identify problems and contribute to the improvement of the Airbus fleet in terms of aviation safety.
Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and with a multi-program vision in the context of Safety Coordination Meeting and/or Product Safety Committee (MC.PS.10 Process).
Participate in the identification, analysis of global risks, prioritization, and follow-up of actions for the implementation of each identified improvement.
Contribute to the elaboration of one pagers to present the identified problems to the different committees, as well as to the elaboration of closures notes once the topics are closed.
You will be responsible for the progress of the activities and the respect of the delivery milestones. You will also need to communicate the progress of the activities to your project manager.
Knowledge of Airbus continued airworthiness, product safety, and safety enhancement processes is a plus for the position.
Education from grandes écoles or universities
More than 5 years of experience in aeronautical engineering is required.
Ideally a specialization in aeronautics.
Required knowledge: M1750, knowledge of multi ATA aeronautical systems, strong interest in aviation safety, CS 25.1309.
