About the Role

HR & Administrative Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm)
Salary: Up to $55,000
Schedule: 4 Days In Office
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources, administrative, and operational functions. Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and employee inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, databases, attendance records, and data updates while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities, including processing employment paperwork, tax forms, benefits enrollment documents, and new hire documentation.
  • Help maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Track employee certifications, licenses, trainings, screenings, and other compliance-related requirements.
  • Assist with regulatory documentation and audit preparation.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and other departments as needed, including marketing and executive support.
  • Utilize HRIS and document management systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and identify operational efficiencies.
  • Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
  • 2+ years of administrative, HR, payroll, or office support experience preferred.
  • Experience within healthcare, home care, or a regulated industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred), DocuSign, SharePoint, and other cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and handling confidential information is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies, including AI-driven tools and process improvements.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
