About the Role

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Coordinator to support daily business operations, maintain critical records, coordinate administrative processes, and serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support day-to-day administrative operations across multiple departments
  • Maintain accurate customer, employee, vendor, and company records
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and events
  • Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and business documents
  • Monitor and update spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries and escalate issues as needed
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork, employee documentation, and administrative workflows
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and business partners
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation and records
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, customer service, or administrative management
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
