About the Role

As an Assembler here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by assembling and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards. You will work as part of a team to efficiently produce high-quality products that meet customer requirements. This is an opportunity to contribute to the success of a global company and make a difference in the lives of people around the world.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you'll work out of our manufacturing facility on the afternoon shift, Monday to Wednesday from 4 pm to 2:30 am and Thursdays from 4 pm to 12 am.

In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring the timely and accurate assembly of products. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
  • Operate machinery and equipment as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance and CSP Clearance.


Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be eligible for CGP and CSP clearances
  • 2-5 year's experience with electronic assembly

  • Experience with soldering while working under a microscope
  • Knowledge of quality control processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer skills

The annual base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 in Cambridge, ON. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
