* Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screening
* Follow up with leads to nourish interest and guide them through the hiring process
* Keep precise and updated records within our applicant tracking system
* Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires stemming from your leads
What You Need to Succeed
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, self-starting attitude - you dictate your own day

* No prior recruiting experience required - if you are organized and resourceful, we'll provide the training you need
How You'll Be Paid
This is a commission-based role with no earning limits. Your financial success is directly linked to the value you produce.
Here's how you get paid:
* Commission for each qualified meeting you facilitate
* Extra earnings for interviews that stem from your outreach
* Additional commission for net-new business generated
* Bonus commissions for successful placements that originate from your leads
