Assembler Position
Team, I am opening an Assembler search and would welcome your assistance identifying qualified candidates. Please ensure candidates are fully interviewed and vetted before submission. Must-Have Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing, electronics, aerospace, avionics, or related technical environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Experience working with hand tools and small components
Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, schematics, or technical documentation
Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented work
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Highly Preferred
Electronics assembly experience
Avionics, aerospace, military electronics, instrumentation, or electromechanical assembly experience
Soldering and de-soldering experience
Experience using electronic testing equipment
Ability to read electrical schematics
Electronics education, technical school, military electronics training, or related background
Location Requirements
Must be willing to relocate to Wichita, Kansas if not local
This is a 100% onsite position
No remote or hybrid options available
