We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of HR & Talent Acquisition to lead and support our people operations. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources and talent acquisition, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent to drive our continued growth. You will be a key partner to leadership, fostering an environment where employees thrive, managers are equipped to lead effectively, and business objectives align with people strategies.
Leadership Development & Manager Effectiveness:
People Operations & Compliance:
Lead HR policies, programs, and compliance initiatives that support a high-performance culture while ensuring adherence to employment laws and best practices.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Champion employee experience initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, professional development, and organizational culture.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
Stay up to date on innovative recruiting strategies and workforce trends to attract top talent, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
HR Strategy & Business Partnership:
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, change management, talent development, and people-related business decisions.
