The People Business Partner (PBP) is a senior, strategic advisor and trusted partner to executive and senior leaders supporting the Home Health & Hospice business.This role is responsible for aligning enterprise and business-specific people strategies with operational and clinical objectives to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce readiness, and a strong, compliant and engaged employee experience across a complex, regulated care delivery environment.Operating with a high degree of autonomy and influence, the People Business Partner translates business strategy into integrated workforce, talent and organizational solutions.
The role collaborates closely with People Experience Partners (PXPs), Labor Relations and Centers of Excellence to proactively identify risk, guide leaders through change and ensure consistent, high-quality execution of core people processes while maintaining a forward-looking, enterprise mindset.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Hybrid in MN/DC: This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $200,400 to $343,500 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
