About the Role
Capital One seeks a Sr. Director, Tech HR Business Partner to shape the people strategy for the AI/ML organization.
You will lead an HR roadmap to scale the AI/ML function, orchestrate leadership team design, and partner with recruiting, compensation, and HR to drive hiring for scarce AI engineering and research roles. Embedded in the Tech HR team, you’ll translate business strategy into talent strategy, coach executives, and ensure cross-functional collaboration across AI, ML, and data science.
