Graphic Designer (Internship Program 2023 / Remote)
Veltmon is a boutique consulting agency focused on Influencer Marketing Analysis and Social Media Intelligence services founded in May 2019 in the United States of America with the ambition to become a unique perspective for elite influencers, talent agents & digital-first brands.
Today, under the inspiration of the eclectic city of New York, Veltmon is an international collective ecosystem of passionate minds with hands-on experience and competencies at the intersection between digital marketing, business modeling strategy and performance analysis.
We're looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer (Intern/Remote) able to concept and create engaging and on-brand digital assets to be featured across various platforms. Beyond killer designs, success in this role is dependent on being self-motivated, composed, curious, organized, open to feedback, empathetic and collaborative.
The ideal candidate is:
- fluent in written and spoken English (mandatory) + at least one of the following languages: Italian, French or Spanish
- proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)+ Google Drive/Documents
- detail oriented and tech-savvy
- a team player, self starter, energetic, driven, and positive
- flexible, adaptable and resilient to fast changing environments
- able to take feedback and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, startup environment
- in the process of obtaining or already obtained a degree in Graphic Design/Communication/Visual Design or related field at an accredited college/university. The approximate dates of this internship are Jan/Feb 2023 - May/June 2023, interns must be available for the duration of a 12-week assignment.
Responsibilities:
- create highly engaging and on-brand visual assets for social channels, website, email, and miscellaneous brand collateral that deliver on our business strategy and mission
- edit and create pitch decks
- develop and mature our guidelines and systems for brand, style and production purposes
- oversee asset management (file locations, naming conventions, etc.)
- responsible for owning assigned projects from start to finish.
- keep files organized and follow an organization system.
