Billing Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 hourly
Our staffing firm is partnering with a growing and established manufacturing company in Vernon, CA to hire a Billing Coordinator (Manufacturing). This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, maintaining accuracy, and supporting critical business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Create, update, and maintain product codes and item master records
- Review data for accuracy and completeness before releasing information into company systems
- Process and organize information received from multiple departments
- Maintain product release forms and related documentation
- Support ERP data entry and system maintenance activities
- Identify and correct discrepancies to ensure data integrity
- Prioritize and complete projects within established deadlines
- Follow company safety and quality standards
- Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned
Qualifications- Minimum of 1 year of professional office, administrative, billing, or data entry experience
- Prior BOM (Bill of Materials experience)
- Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience working with ERP systems, manufacturing, inventory management, product data, billing, or accounting processes is highly preferred
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
