We are hiring for a Billing Specialist in Milwaukee, WI. This position is open due to an upcoming retirement. You will be responsible for a high volume of invoices and working in client portals. If you have at least five years experience, this could be a good fit.
Billing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Create, adjust, and send out invoices to clients
- Research and resolution of client invoice inquiries
- Communicate with project managers, vendors, and clients
- Produce monthly reporting on a timely basis
Requirements:
- Five or more years of billing experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree desired
- Professional Services industry experience desired
- Excellent communication and time management skills
