Building Service Technician Touchmark at Fairway Village is Southwest Washington's premier retirement community.Our goal is to enrich the lives of residents and off-campus clients by providing them with exceptional service in the comfort of their own homes.We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Building Services Technician.Pay ranges from $24.00- $27.50 hr, depending on experience!
Looking for someone available to work part time, up to 24 hours a week (primarily 11am to 730pm and looking for availability of one weekend shift as well)
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. • Strong ability to efficiently assess and prioritize daily work orders while maintaining high-quality standards and exemplary customer service. • “Jack of all trades” skillset with knowledge in: Plumbing Electrical work Carpentry Cable box setups/IT
Responsibilities:
• Support maintenance needs for 287 homes on an 18-acre property, plus several additional buildings. • Perform general building services tasks, including: ◦ Moving furniture ◦ General maintenance and repairs ◦ Basic electrical work and IT ◦ Painting, carpentry, drywall repair ◦ Responding to plumbing or equipment-related HVAC emergencies
Preferred Experience & Attributes:
• Experience working with older adults is helpful. • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and energetic approach. • Strong commitment to providing quality customer service and five-star hospitality.
