Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Data Analyst to support a highly strategic Corporate Business Development organization focused on major platform, financial services, and technology partnerships.
This role will build and automate reporting, analysis, and visualizations that measure the performance and impact of strategic partnerships, including relationships with leading AI and large language model companies.
The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on analytics skills with business acumen, executive-level communication, and the ability to translate broad strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. This is a fast-paced, highly visible contract opportunity for someone who can work independently, move quickly, and build scalable analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategic partnership objectives into clear analytical frameworks, hypotheses, metrics, and recommendations.
• Develop executive-ready analyses and data storytelling that make complex findings easy to understand and actionable for senior leaders.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and visualizations that measure business, product, customer, and operational outcomes.
• Develop and automate recurring reporting and analytical workflows using SQL and relevant analytics tools.
• Build, validate, and improve data pipelines to increase data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Integrate data across multiple business units and source systems to create a cohesive view of performance.
• Partner with Business Development, Product, Product Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to define success metrics and reporting standards.
• Use AI-enabled analytics, automation, and development tools to improve data sourcing, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Apply sound judgment regarding data validation, privacy, security, and governance when using AI tools.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, strategy analytics, or a related quantitative role.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency with Python, R, or another analytical programming language.
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems and standardizing metrics across teams or business units.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve analytics, automation, or development workflows.
• Experience building dashboards and business-facing visualizations using Tableau or a similar BI platform.
• Strong communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.
• Ability to connect analytical findings to strategic priorities and commercial outcomes.
• Experience creating executive-level reporting and recommendations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Splunk or similar tools to analyze product, operational, or event data.
• Experience supporting strategic partnerships, business development, product, or go-to-market organizations.
• Familiarity with AI, large language model, or emerging technology partnerships.
• Experience creating scalable reporting and automation solutions in enterprise environments.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Pay Details: $90.00 to $102.32 per hour
