Buyer PlannerThe Buyer Planner will manage purchasing, inventory planning, and supplier relationships across a global supply network. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of raw materials and finished goods while supporting cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage procurement and supply planning with domestic and international suppliers.
- Create and maintain purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Plan inventory levels based on demand forecasts, lead times, and replenishment requirements.
- Track shipments, resolve supply issues, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
- Support supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
- Maintain inventory controls and support quality, compliance, and documentation requirements.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain planning.
- Experience working with international suppliers and import logistics preferred.
- Strong inventory management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- ERP experience required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000
