About the Role

A enterprise client is seeking a Grants Administration Analyst to join their team.This person will conduct meticulous reviews of adherence to the terms and conditions set forth by the awarding agency.Collaborating with the Grant Management Office Program Manager, this Analyst will establish detailed protocols for the development of compliance plans, ensuring they are integrated into the grant implementation process.

Regular monthly compliance reviews are conducted to maintain continuous oversight. 60% of this role will be dedicated to administrative duties, compliance monitoring, and reporting. 20% of this role will be focused internal audits verifying adherence to company policies, as well as state and federal regulations.The remaining 20% is allocated to ad-hoc documentation and providing support to the department, highlighting the multifaceted nature of the role and its importance in upholding the integrity of grant-funded programs.

Responsibilities include: Assists with monitoring overall program expenditures and the tracking of funds in accordance with federal regulations (e.g. 2 CFR 200, 48 CFR 31.2), utility regulatory, and relevant state and local requirements.Assists with monitoring job/unit costs, resource accountability, fiscal controls, and inventory controls and also supports audits as required by funding agencies.Assists with monitoring financial activities of government funded projects including cross walking installed materials against work order, verifying expenses were coded to the proper cost elements, ensures capped categories are not exceeded.

Assists with monitoring aggregating monthly expenses and assembles reimbursement packages for submittal to funding agencies.Reports a list of deficiencies (if applicable) to Grant Management Office, project managers and/or subcontractors that must be addressed prior to submitting Company reimbursement requests to funding agency.Also support training and audits.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters.
