Current Special Education (282) Teaching License
Solid background working with students in resource settings and/or 1:1 support
Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
Excellent communication skills with students, families, and staff
Adaptability and strong organizational skills to manage varying caseloads
Enthusiasm for collaboration and professional growth
Manage a caseload appropriate to your expertise: resource teachers (up to 15-20 students), or 1:1 case managers (up to 8-10 students)
Create engaging lesson plans promoting academic, emotional, and social growth
Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers
Maintain accurate documentation, monitor student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
