Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored instruction to meet students' unique educational needs, ensuring IEP compliance
  • Manage a caseload appropriate to your expertise: resource teachers (up to 15-20 students), or 1:1 case managers (up to 8-10 students)
  • Create engaging lesson plans promoting academic, emotional, and social growth
  • Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers
  • Maintain accurate documentation, monitor student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Foster a positive, safe, and equitable learning environment
