About the Role
Job Full Description
TEMPORARY POSITION OPPORTUNITY!
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay:
$27.00 - $35.00/HR
Duties:
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including applicationreview, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer process
Handle a requisition load of approximately 10-18 positions, adjusting based on business needs and peak hiring periods
Recruit for a variety of roles, including sales/business development, internships, and corporate functions (e.g., finance, marketing)
Conduct thorough candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications and ensure high-quality candidate submissions
Source and engage active and passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
Ensure diverse candidate slates are presented to hiring managers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date job postings and requisition details
Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and responsiveness
Manage background checks and drug screening processes in partnership with compliance teams
Utilize HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and documentation
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates
Adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic environment
Qualifications:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
Proven experience sourcing and building relationships with passive candidates
Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
Experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Positive, professional approach to candidate and hiring manager interactions
