About the Role
Brex is seeking a Senior Director of Sales for the Mid-Market segment to lead four frontline sales leaders and about 20 Account Executives. You will own segment performance, develop the management team, and set the strategy and cadences that drive growth.
You will coach managers, build repeatable systems for pipeline, forecasting, and deal execution, and partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and post‑sale teams.
