About the Role
Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Shift Lead who has strong communication and leadership skills to assist the management team.
As a Restaurant Shift Lead your responsibilities would include hands-on supervision of the restaurant, managing costs and labor during shifts, hosting promotions, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures, and enforcing liquor laws and responsible service guidelines. Roadies are paid weekly with a comprehensive rewards package after eligibility.
