**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional support and care for individuals who require assistance with daily activities. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and conversation to promote mental and emotional wellness.
- Administer prescribed medications and ensure adherence to individual care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in client's health, behavior, and needs to healthcare professionals and family members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
- Assist clients with mobility and transport needs, both within the home and to external appointments or social activities.
- Document and maintain accurate records of services provided, including timesheets, care plans, and progress notes.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for some positions.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is desirable.
