What You'll Do: - Lead projects from start to finish - scheduling, budgets, safety, and client relations.
- Prepare accurate estimates using HCSS and manage bids, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and exceed expectations.
What You Bring: - 5+ years of project management & estimating in heavy civil.
- Strong knowledge of excavation, paving, utilities, and sitework.
- HCSS experience preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
