Collections Specialist
Please note that this job is HYBRID. After your initial training period onsite, you will be able to work from home on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. You will continue to work onsite on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.LHH Recruitment Solutions, is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Collections Specialist job in Westminster, CO. This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity that is expected to last at least 6 months. Depending on your performance and our client's needs, this role may get extended and/or result in a permanent position in the company. You will earn between $25.00 and $28.00 per hour. You will also be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).
Responsibilities:
-Collecting payments from customers over phone and e-mail
-Monitoring aging reports
-Managing all collection notes in the database
-Running reports
-Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
-Processing refunds, write-offs, etc.
-Reviewing credit holds
-Assisting with cash posting
-Providing excellent customer service
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent analytical skills
-Previous experience with SAP or similar software
-Intermediate Excel skills
Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $25.00 and $28.00
