Typical Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial statements
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting teams
• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Drive process improvements and financial system enhancements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA strongly preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience leading teams and partnering with executive leadership
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $55.00 to $75.00 per hour
