Customer Service and Order Entry LHH Recruitment is partnering with a growing logistics company near Mesa who is seeking a Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist to support daily customer operations, process orders, and coordinate with internal logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday and is compensating up to $55,000
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and balancing customer communication with administrative and order processing responsibilities.
Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, shipping updates, delivery timelines, and account information.
- Enter, review, and process customer orders accurately into the company's system.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and data within company systems.
- Resolve order discrepancies, address customer concerns, and communicate updates as needed.
- Assist with tracking shipments, coordinating deliveries, and providing order status updates.
- Support daily administrative tasks and general customer service operations.
Qualifications - Previous experience in customer service, order entry, order processing, or logistics preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
