Work Environment: Indoor classroom setting with occasional work outside of normal business hours.
Physical Demands: Sitting, walking, standing, bending, and repetitive typing. Requires prolonged verbal communication (in person and via phone) and regular use of standard office equipment.
Valid Driver's License Required: Yes
Travel Required: Yes – 10% (TJC campuses and conferences)
If travel is required, the candidate must have and maintain a current, valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Required Education
Master's degree in economics or 18 graduate hours in economics.
Preferred Education / Experience
Doctorate degree in economics
One (1) year secondary and/or college teaching
One (1) year Teaching experience via Int
